At the heart of your training lies the RS800CX wrist unit. With the ability to record a wide range of performance details, the unit works with the WearLink®+ transmitter W.I.N.D. to provide you with the most accurate measurement of your heart rate. This package comes bundled with the S3+ Stride Sensor W.I.N.D. to provide the user with accurate running speed and distance information.

Able to transfer data on a PC to the Polar ProTrainer 5™ software for guidance, analysis and creating individual training settings (not mac compatible)
Highly sensitive barometric altitude sensor shows your elevation profiles
Determines if your training program and recovery time are optimally developing your performance
Sets personal training zones so that you can train at the right intensity
Provides running speed and distance information.
