RETURNS
The Polar Shop will accept goods back for return providing:

Goods are in original sale condition.*
* Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging for us to accept back for return based on a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
*We do not accept items back for return if you have changed your mind once you have opened or started using the product.
Initial shipping charges are also not refunded for any returns.
If you have a faulty product, please see our Warranty page for further assistance.
Please contact The Polar Shop before returning any product.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) units:
In the event that you receive a product not in working order ie. watch doesn't turn on, please notify The Polar Shop via email or phone immediately from the time you receive it.
Failure to report a DOA unit in a reasonable amount of time from the time you received it, will see the unit handled via the normal warranty claim procedures.
Order Cancellations:
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations must be communicated to us via email or phone, and we will endeavour to stop your order from being dispatched. In the event that your order has been dispatched before cancellation notification has been given, it will be the customers responsibility and expense to return the item.
