FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING!
All orders placed and being sent within Australia will be shipped for FREE via Express Post**
Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days from the day of dispatch (sometimes an extra day or 2 for remote locations) and deliveries take place during office hours Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
Orders will dispatch within 1-3 business days depending on availability (Mon-Fri ex Public Holidays)
All orders to Street Addresses are sent 'Signature Required' and someone will be required to sign for the parcel. Parcels will not be left at the delivery address if no one is home.
If no one is present to sign for the parcel at time of delivery, the driver should leave a 'missed delivery card' and return the item to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.
Orders being sent to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or Locked Bag address do not require signature.
**Please note that we use Star Track Express, TOLL, Allied Express OR Couriers Please for bulkier orders (heavier than 21kg). We will provide tracking information if this is the case. Delivery this way is usually 2-5 Business days from the day of dispatch.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post with your tracking information. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder for this email.
To track your order simply click "Track Your Delivery" in the email. This will open up another page in your browser showing the tracking details for your order. Then simply scroll down on this page to see the movement of your parcel to your door. The Tracking number is also located in the top right hand corner of this email.
If your parcel has not arrived within the above mentioned time frame, please use the following contact details to track your order:

Call Australia Post directly (13 76 78) and quote your eParcel Tracking Number.

International customers will not have to pay the Australian Tax (GST), and the price will be adjusted at checkout.

We require a Residential or Commercial street address to ensure successful delivery for International orders. We can not ship to International PO Box addresses.
International deliveries take 3-10 Business days from day of dispatch. We use Australia Post for our International Shipping and Australia Post will email you all tracking details once your order has dispatched.
**Any extra delays due to Customs are out of our control, and any extra duties/taxes that may be incurred to collect your order will be the responsibility of the customer**
**If payment of additional customs duties / taxes are refused, and goods are returned to us, we do not refund the cost of freight to make the initial delivery**
