Making A Warranty Claim - Faulty Polar Products
For all Warranty Claims for Polar products, send the unit directly to Fitness Maintenance (contact details below).
Please check the Polar warranty statement that appears in the product user manual/getting started guide for a list of things that are NOT covered under warranty before sending (for example: batteries and elastic straps are not covered under warranty)

Please also mark the word 'WARRANTY' clearly on the outside of the package, alongside your name and address, for fast service.
RETURNS - Non Faulty Products
Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept items back for return if you have changed your mind once you have opened and/or started using the product.
The Polar Shop will accept goods back for return providing: Goods are in original mint sale condition (brand new)*
*This means that products must be unused and unopened in anyway, and in original sealed packaging for us to accept back for return based on a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Any initial shipping charges are also not refunded for returns. If you have a faulty product, please see our Warranty section above for further assistance. Please contact The Polar Shop before returning any product.
The Polar Shop does not carry out any general repairs or servicing on any products that we stock.
For general repairs please contact the manufacturer of your product who should be able to assist further.
